Registration is open!

This program will offer an inside look into the process of defending a contested claim before the Commission, including the claimant’s deposition and the Hearing. This will give our members a chance to see the importance of the initial investigation of claims as well as how a deposition and hearing are conducted. There will be a question-and-answer session at the end of each portion of the presentation.

The program will also include a legal update and we will hear from the SC Workers' Comp Commission.

A light breakfast and lunch are included.
